Become the Wound Care Specialist You Always Wanted to Be

• Oversee and develop wound care services in line with regulatory standards and physician directives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide expert guidance on wound care treatments.
• Lead educational initiatives for hospital staff on wound care topics while educating patients and their families about wounds and wound care.
• Commit to continuous education and stay updated on the latest advancements in wound care techniques.

Qualifications

• License/Certification: RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist is required for acute rehab hospitals; RN required for long-term acute care hospitals.
• CPR certification is mandatory.

• Education & Experience:

Minimum one year of wound care experience is required. Continuous education in wound care through seminars and professional organizations is expected.

• Skills: Effective communication, decision-making, and the ability to work independently.
