School Van Driver job at The TEA Center McLean, VA, US

Job Description

As a school age van driver at the Transformational Education Adventure Center, you will be part of a fast paced business while making a difference in the lives of children and enjoying it at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise children attending the program.
Pick up and drop off children using a 15 passenger van within 3 miles
Hours -2:30 pm- 6:30 pm -Monday to Friday
Monitor children to ensure their health, safety and physical well-being;
Must have clean driving record
Mist be able to pass background check
Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
Ability to manage a small group of children ( 10-15 at a time)
Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Enjoy working with children
Ability to communicate effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional organization skills
Mandatory hours availability -2:30- 6:30 pm daily +
