For over 45 years Northern Virginia's premier design/build landscape contractor has been creating luxury outdoor living spaces with award-winning craftsmanship. The team includes landscape architects, designers, construction managers, and skilled specialists in stonework, planting, lighting, and grading.

The Landscape Production Manager oversees all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and client relationships.

You'll manage award-winning luxury projects and work on a collaborative, design-focused team!

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-end residential landscape projects
• Ensure design, quality, safety, and brand standards are met
• Supervise and schedule crews and subcontractors
• Collaborate with clients and designers during project execution
• Develop and monitor budgets and schedules to maintain profitability
• Enforce safety protocols and site compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape construction/project management, preferably luxury residential
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, materials, and horticulture
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Experience with irrigation, lighting, and hardscape installation
• Knowledge of high-value custom features
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation

• Salary over $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience
