LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN for a local contract job in Cleveland, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: LPN / LVN
• Discipline: LPN / LVN
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Local Contract

LVN / LPN - Rehabilitation

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year inpatient hospital (rehab) experience required
• Certs:
  • CPR: Required

  • ACLS: Preferred; required if Charge Nurse

     

• License: Must have active state license in hand at time of submission
• RTO (Time Off): Must be submitted with application – not approved after offer
• References: One required at time of submission
• Background: Clean— no DUIs or background hits accepted
• COVID Vaccine: Required + booster (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu Vaccine: Required (declinations allowed)
