Role Description

LMT Financial is seeking a full-time or part-time hybrid Financial Sales Specialist for its Orlando branch (with flexibility for some remote work). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The Financial Sales Specialist will also be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and assisting with onboarding new clients and agents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales preferred but not required
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines with urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Highly motivated and coachable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Leadership skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Familiarity with the insurance and/or financial services industry is a plus but not required

Industry Legal Requirements

• U.S. Resident
• State Licensing will be required

Training: We offer weekly on-site full industry system and product trainings, daily hands-on in the field training sessions, and licensing training that is part of our elite Broker Training Program.

Compensation: Agents, whether part-time or full-time, have access to our industry-leading compensation and incentives + bonus program. Direct Deposit payments are made 2x per week. Residual payouts and override commissions come directly from our carrier partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
