Job Description

Merton Riser provides engineering and inspection services for drilling rigs world wide. This requires technicians to deploy to remote locations. The Workforce Coordinator will work with technicians of various nationalities ensuring they safely reach their work destination and return home on time. Specifically, the duties include:

• Use Monday.com to manage personnel credentials and project plans.
• Ensuring personnel credentials requirements are kept up to date and remain valid through timely renewals.
• Booking international flights, lodging, transportation for inspection crews
• Work with crew and client to resolve any travel problems that may arise (missed connections, hotel changes, destination change, etc.) and ensure arrival to destination.
• Working within client portals ensuring to maintain compliance on various platforms (Helipass, ISN, Drake, etc.).
• Obtaining and understand the project joining instructions and execute them.
• Review timesheets.

The role requires a high level of organization skill, the ability to quickly grasp the requirements of each deployment and adapt to changing circumstances.
