Job Description

The Warehouse Logistics Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling of deliveries and pickups.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of products to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track and manage inventory levels; assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper documentation of shipments including bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to safety and operational standards.
• Use warehouse management system (Acumatica) to track orders and inventory in real-time.
• Address and resolve any shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Assist in implementing and improving logistics processes and procedures.
  
• Support compliance with OSHA, safety, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office Suite/Google.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of invoicing, manifesting, logistics and distribution
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and shipping/receiving protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if required.
• Strong data entry experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skill
• Superb time management talent
• Reliable and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Agile to work well both independently and as a group
• Able to enter, manipulate and synthesize large amounts of data

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica).
• Knowledge of domestic shipping regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a stationary position for 75% of the time
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time
• This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
