Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a talented and versatile Full-Time Videographer/Video Editor/Content Planner to work alongside the CEO to create compelling training videos that will empower our employees and elevate our client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Conceptualize & Produce Engaging Training Videos: From script to screen, you'll be the driving force behind creating high-quality, informative, and visually stunning training content.
• Masterful Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, professional videos that captivate and educate.
• Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop video content strategies that align with our business goals and address key training needs.
• Storytelling Expertise: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, making complex information easy to understand and retain.
• Manage Video Production Workflow: Handle all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, sound design, and distribution.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously explore new video techniques and technologies to enhance our content.
• Client Video Production: Occasionally create customer-facing content that showcases the value of our products and services.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, sound, and composition.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A passion for learning and a desire to grow with our company.
• Experience in content planning and strategy is a significant plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Fusion Growth Partners is a small business incubator and accelerator for top-producing residential real estate agents and service-based businesses with under 10 employees. We are growing rapidly, and we are on a mission to 10X the business in the next 3 to 4 years.

When we partner with business owners we invest into their business to help them grow their clientele and revenue while creating a scalable business model. We help provide all the systems and processes in a routine fashion to help these small service-based businesses grow with stability and sustainability.

We accomplish this by providing sophisticated business planning, complete systems and processes, the use of our trained staff to run those systems, and thousands of dollars in marketing capital. We earn our compensation from licensing fees or revenue share.

We love our clients and their passion to do great work for their clients, but many of them struggle to manage their books. It is an area of great stress and strain and as an organization, we take great pride in helping them remove some of these stresses and help them focus on the "front" of the business so they can grow it as we manage the "back" of the business.
