The Woodhouse Day Spas, voted America's best day spa in 2012 and 2013 by American Spa Magazine, is hiring a full-time Spa Manager. The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented providers who have passion for what they do!

As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily operations of the spa
• Ensuring both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coaching and developing team members
• Maximizing inventory for professional and retail use
• Understanding our software systems and utilizing tools to analyze spa's overall performance
• Taking the lead in marketing and community outreach
• Ensuring each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understanding that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Preference for 3-5 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
