The Role: Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
Plumbing Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-$30 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.
What You'll Do: - Complete in-home plumbing service calls.
- Consistently represent themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
- Educate customers on their plumbing equipment
- Alway maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
- Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
What You'll Need: - Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes
- Indiana Journeyman License (or Working to Obtain)
- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader
- High School Diploma or GED
