About the Role

The Commercial HVAC Maintenance Salesperson will serve as the maintenance sales leader needed to drive the growth of Russell’s American Mechanical Commercial department. The role will be a highly visible representation of Russell’s Commercial department and an overall brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Price and sell preventative maintenance plans
• Run sales leads for preventative maintenance
• Follow up on preventative maintenance agreements offered by technicians
• Renew preventative maintenance agreements that have expired
• Collect agreement balances
• Maintain understanding of commercial pricing structure
• Negotiate service rates with large potential clients
• Coordinate regularly with dispatch to have an awareness of current service and maintenance lead times
• Work with the commercial manager and commercial operations supervisor to create a cold call and renewal strategy
• Create routes, plans, target customer lists with minimal supervision
• Maintain record of sales visits to track and follow up on potential leads

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective Time Management
• Highly self-motivated
• Previous HVAC or Trades experience preferred
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Physical requirements: Ability to carry and utilize an extension ladder to access the roof of commercial buildings. Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 to 100 lbs.
