Student Mental Health & Academic Support Provide comprehensive psychological services to students across all educational levels addressing diverse social, emotional, and academic needs. Support students experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and learning difficulties through evidence-based virtual interventions. Collaborate with educational teams to develop positive behavioral supports and mental health programming.
Core Professional Functions Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments using telehealth evaluation protocols. Provide individual and group counseling services through secure virtual platforms. Develop behavior intervention plans and social-emotional learning programs. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide consultation services to educators, families, and administrators regarding student mental health and academic success.
Essential Qualifications Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology required. Current school psychologist licensure in Michigan mandatory. Minimum two years of direct experience in educational settings essential. Virtual service delivery experience highly preferred. Strong technological competency and secure internet connection required for confidential service provision.
