Job Title: Purchasing Manager

Location: Simi Valley, CA

Pay: $115k/salary- $130k/salary DOE

Schedule: Full-time and onsite

Join a fast-paced and growing company in the personal care and cosmetics industry ! We are seeking a Purchasing Manager with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Must-Haves:

• Experience in the personal care or cosmetics manufacturing industry is required.
• Experience managing other Senior buyers within a department
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, packaging supplies, and industry trends.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus .
