Do you love checking off lists, keeping things organized, and making sure the right parts get to the right place at the right time? At Trebro Turf Equipment , we’re looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team and help keep our production line running like a well-oiled machine.

We build some of the best turf harvesters on the planet — and none of it happens without the right materials. That’s where you come in!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist the Buyer and Procurement Manager with ordering and tracking parts
• Communicate with vendors about order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate records in our ERP system
• Help monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
• Work with the warehouse and production teams to solve supply issues quickly
• Keep things organized, efficient, and on track

• Are detail-oriented and love a good checklist
• Communicate clearly and professionally (email, phone, in-person)
• Are comfortable working with numbers, part numbers, and data
• Have some experience in purchasing, inventory, or office support (or are eager to learn!)
• Are organized, dependable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed
