We're Hiring: Purchasing Assistant

(On-Site – Gardena, CA)

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support a fast-paced procurement team? We’re looking for a reliable Purchasing Assistant to join our on-site operations in Gardena, CA .

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Support inventory control and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with invoice matching and payment coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs

✅ What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of purchasing or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) is a plus
• Experience with ASANA is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
