Caterpillar is looking for candidates that want to build a career. This is a rare opportunity to join the Caterpillar Sanford team as a direct hire. Position includes a starting wage of $20.20 /hour (+8% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift), quarterly goal sharing program and a comprehensive benefit program that We don't lead our industry - our people do.
Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 10:15 pm - 6:15 am

Position provides fabrications support activities including loading robots and/or machining centers as well as ensuring cleanliness of the area.
As a Machine Loader at Caterpillar, you will:
Load/unload and position heavy fabrication metal components in holding fixtures using lifting devices
Assist Machinists or Welders with certain processes
Maintain Fabrications area in a clean and orderly condition
Follow documented procedures, standard work, routings and blueprints
Basic Qualifications:
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operation
Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Top candidates will also have:
Material handling experience
Manufacturing experience
Machining experience or exposure
Welding experience or exposure

Summary Pay Range:
$20.20 - $25.25
