Lead Marketing Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to join the balance transfer marketing team in Consumer Lending Marketing. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the execution of balance transfer marketing to existing credit card customers. This includes managing the overall execution plan, developing creatives and business requirements, executing controls to ensure flawless campaign implementation, and working with channel partners to improve channel performance and to drive customer response.

Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area.

Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing.

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables.

May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in targeted marketing and/or direct mail
• Experience with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and JIRA.
• Experience with credit card and/or balance transfer marketing
• Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Aprimo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of risk management framework and a commitment to compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multi-channel campaigns that deliver results.
• Ability to track project dependencies and manage changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
• Ability to achieve objectives requiring a high-level of cooperation from cross-functional partners on other teams.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence others to improve channel effectiveness.
• Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for clean modern design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as financial, healthcare, or insurance.

Job Expectations:

• Must be able to work on-site at the location specified in the job posting.
• Must be able to work a Hybrid work schedule.

• Select locations are considered for current WF employees Concord, CA & San Francisco, CA.
• Pay Range:
• $110,000.00 - $179,000.00
