About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytically driven Investment Analyst / Associate to join our team. This individual will support the investment team in analysis, management and reporting related to our primary mortgage credit fund. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong financial toolkit, market awareness, and the desire to grow within a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Market & Asset-Level Research: Analyze macro trends, capital markets activity, and real estate fundamentals to support investment thesesparticularly across mortgage and structured credit markets.

• Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain cash flow models and scenario analyses for loan pools, securitizations, and real estate-backed investments.

• Transaction Support: Assist in the due diligence and execution of new investments, including reviewing offering materials, collateral performance, credit metrics, and legal structures.

• Portfolio Monitoring: Track asset-level and portfolio performance; prepare internal reporting and support surveillance on existing holdings.

• Investment Memos & Communication: Draft memos, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for the investment committee and capital partners.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior investors, risk, legal, and operations to support efficient trade execution and investment management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative field; graduate work or CFA designation is a plus.

• 03 years of relevant experience in fixed income, mortgage finance, investment banking, asset management, or structured credit.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; familiarity with loan-level modeling, securitization waterfalls, or Intex/Bloomberg is a plus.

• Highly organized, self-directed, and intellectually curious; able to thrive in a fast-moving, lean team environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
