We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, ensuring smooth operations and unforgettable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure logistics are handled effectively
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Create and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules
Ensure events meet safety, compliance, and quality standards
Handle on-site issues and provide solutions in real-time
Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance for future improvements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel when required
