Electrical Apprentice

Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician. This is an entry-level position, ideal for those with no or little experience in the electrical field. Our apprenticeship program provides hands-on training and mentorship to help you develop the skills necessary to become a skilled electrician.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Site Clean-up: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment by tidying up the job site at the end of each day. This includes disposing of waste materials, sweeping floors, and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Sorting Parts: Organize and sort electrical parts and components according to specifications. This task requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Retrieving Tools and Parts: Efficiently locate and retrieve necessary tools and parts from storage areas or suppliers as needed. This involves understanding the inventory system and being able to quickly find what is required for the job.
• Helping Hand: Provide general assistance to experienced electricians on various tasks. This may include pulling wires, handling conduit, passing tools, or assisting with installations. The role requires a willingness to learn and adapt to different situations.

Requirements:
• No prior experience in electrical work is required, but a basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus.
• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor and working in various industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
