Total Compensation: Average Base + Commission = $130K+ annually

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff.
  • Cultivate a motivating environment through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, helping them meet and exceed sales and operational targets.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across your district.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive sales growth across all stores within your district, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Support store managers in implementing effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies.
  • Lead weekly meetings to set sales goals, review performance, and motivate teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate cleanliness, operational efficiency, and staff performance.

Qualifications

  • Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.
  • 3+ years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

  • Proven success in leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays.
