In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. As part of the Oracle Human Capital team you execute end-to-end payroll implementations in a functional lead role. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
