The Bestow Analytics team plays a critical role within the organization, working across all departments to deliver actionable insights and self-serve data products that drive business decisions and product strategy. The analytics team partners closely with internal stakeholders including revenue, underwriting, and product teams to measure performance, evaluate feature launches, assess new product rollouts, and identify growth opportunities within all areas of our platform.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical questions that can be answered and actioned on with data
Serve as a trusted source for metric definitions and data reconciliation
Passionate about data accuracy and stakeholder enablement, driving issues to resolution through high collaboration with both technical and non-technical partners
Improve data accessibility and understanding across the organization through intuitive dashboards, clear metric definitions, and educational sessions with stakeholders
Contribute to data platform implementations and partner launches as necessary.
Leverage business intelligence tools and SQL to transform raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and creation of data products.
Reports to the Senior Manager, Analytics & Data Science
2+ years of experience in an analytics-related role supporting business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis functions
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to conduct deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and draw actionable insights from complex datasets
Strong communication skills with ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in SQL with experience querying large datasets, writing complex joins, and working with columnar databases such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift
Business Intelligence tool experience, preferably Tableau, for creating dashboards, visualizations, and self-serve reporting solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
Comfort working with data quality issues and performing data validation to ensure accuracy of analysis
Ability to learn new tools and technologies as business needs evolve
