This individual will play a key role in delivering engaging training programs to enhance teammate performance and drive operational excellence. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting new hire orientations, developing training materials, and leading both virtual and in-person sessions across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for new hires and existing teammates across various departments. Design, update, and refine training programs to enhance effectiveness and engagement. Ensure training initiatives align with company goals, sales strategies, and stakeholder needs. Educate employees on our suite of products, services, and professional development topics. Utilize diverse training methodologies, tools, and technology to optimize learning outcomes. Partner with subject matter experts in sales, operations, and product development to maintain relevant and impactful training materials.
