JJob Title: Content Designer
Location: Hybrid in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC
Duration: 7 months with possibility of hire
Pay Scale: $58-$60/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for a Content Designer to join our Product Design team and shape clear, concise, and impactful messaging for critical servicing notifications, alerts, and authentication flows. This role sits at the intersection of content design and UX, ensuring users stay informed, engaged, and secure throughout their journey. You'll help define how we communicate high-visibility, time-sensitive information—championing clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you'll craft content that drives confident and seamless user experiences.

Must Haves:
3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or a related field
Strong understanding of UX principles, content design best practices, and information architecture
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and performance analytics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Figma experience is a plus
