As the CFO, your focus will be driving the organization forward alongside the CEO. Overseeing a team of 9 (Accounting & 1 FP&A), leading all financial operations, developing strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.
