Job Description

This position is for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a K-12 school setting located in Silver Spring, MD. The role follows a year-round school schedule with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving students ages 5 to 21 within a single school building. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services to support students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or comparable credential required.
• Minimum of two years experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals.
• Experience working with a wide range of behavioral needs, preferably including mild to severe behaviors.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
