Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong knowledge of behavioral techniques and data-driven practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
• Commitment to student success and well-being

Location: New Haven, CT

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform practices
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavioral techniques
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support
• Maintain professional standards and stay updated on best practices in the field
