This position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 school setting. The role is full-time with flexibility for onsite, hybrid, or virtual work arrangements. The contract runs for the duration of the school year, based in Sartell, MN.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs. The BCBA will collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing monitoring of these interventions. Providing training and support to school personnel on effective behavior management strategies will be a critical part of this role. Additionally, the BCBA will analyze collected data to evaluate student progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly. Maintaining compliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting is essential.
Qualifications for this opportunity include current BCBA certification valid in Minnesota and experience working with K-12 students in a school environment is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important for successful engagement with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
