Job Description

A licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a K-12 educational setting to support students aged 3-21. This contract position offers a structured 35-hour workweek from Monday to Friday at a single campus location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student progress
• Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior analytic principles and strategies
• Monitor and analyze student outcomes to ensure effectiveness of interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to meet compliance standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working with diverse age groups from early childhood through young adulthood
• Background in educational settings preferred, especially K-12 schools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students with varied behavioral needs

Schedule and Location:

• Position based in Nottingham, MD
• Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
• One campus location serving students in grades K-12
