This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of quick-service dining, and is passionate about customer satisfaction.In addition to daily restaurant service, this position also plays a key role in event and banquet execution, including assisting with event setup, ensuring service readiness, and overseeing food service during banquet functions. The Dining Room Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to maintain Fuel Kitchens service excellence across all dining and event experiences.Primary Job Responsibilities:Guest Service & Order Management Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar in a timely manner. Ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly to guests. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.Dining Area Maintenance Set up tables with proper utensils, napkins, and condiments before service. Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift. Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests. Assist with general restaurant cleaning tasks as needed.Cash Handling & Sales Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurants point-of-sale (POS) system. Provide correct change and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card transactions. Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.Teamwork & Compliance Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Comply with Fuel Kitchens policies and service standards. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.Member Experience & Customer Satisfaction Engage with AMP members and guests to understand their preferences and incorporate feedback into menu offerings. Ensure prompt resolution of any food-related complaints or concerns. Maintain a visible presence during key dining hours and events to oversee quality control and interact with guests.Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant serving role preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high stress environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Experience with cashiering transactions and customer order entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs. Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards.Requirements & Working Conditions: Must have reliable transportation. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to kitchen preparation and food service.
