Appliance Delivery & Installer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Appliance Delivery & Installer to join our team. This role goes beyond just delivering and installing appliances—it’s about creating an excellent customer experience. As the face of our company, you will interact directly with customers, ensuring their new appliances are installed correctly, fully functional, and ready for use. The ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled in both technical installations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience during every delivery and installation.
• Communicate clearly with customers before and during delivery, giving updates on arrival times and answering any questions.
• Carefully load, transport, and deliver appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers) to customers’ homes or businesses.
• Engage with customers , explaining installation procedures, answering product-related questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Install and set up appliances, ensuring they are level, connected properly, and fully functional.
• Demonstrate key features of the appliance, educate customers on basic use and maintenance, and provide troubleshooting tips.
• Address customer concerns or issues professionally, offering solutions or escalating problems when needed.
• Conduct a final walkthrough with customers to confirm satisfaction and obtain necessary documentation/signatures.
• Remove and properly dispose of old appliances when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace.
• Assist in warehouse duties when needed, including inventory checks and stocking.

• Previous experience in appliance delivery, installation, or a customer service-related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills—ability to engage professionally with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical connections for installations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Must be able to pass Dot Physical and Drug Test.
