Overview Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk at Waste Resource Management (WRM), an environmental wastewater management company based in Houston, TX. WRM emphasizes Customer Service, Continuous Improvement, Respect, Safety, Compliance, and Honesty. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and resolve billing problems. Prepare, print, and mail invoices to customers daily. Handle billing inquiries from the service department and work toward resolution. Review invoices to identify errors before delivery. Examine existing billing procedures to avoid recurrence of errors. Operate in an electronic billing system and work with database software. Compare services provided to services billed to ensure invoicing accuracy. Submit invoices by the method preferred by the customer. Communicate with internal coworkers to streamline the billing process. Sort and file correspondence for end-of-month billing. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Sage 100 and MAS 90 experience a plus. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general accounting procedures. Able to invoice a minimum of 50-100 invoices per day. Why Should You Apply?
