Accounting Admin Clerk - Part-Time

Location : Londonderry, NH | Pay $18–$20/hr | Minimum 16 hours/week

Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Accounting Admin Clerk to support our internal team onsite in Londonderry, NH. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll and invoicing, while also supporting broader administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll
• Send out invoices
• Perform high-volume data entry with precision
• Maintain and reconcile financial records
• Assist with general accounting tasks and reporting
• Provide support with additional administrative duties as assigned
• Adapt to changing priorities with a professional and positive attitude

Requirements

• Local candidate available to work onsite in Londonderry, NH
• Entry level accounting or bookkeeping
• Must be able to work Tuesdays & Wednesdays, with potential for additional hours and to cover vacations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
• Flexibility and willingness to take on various administrative responsibilities as needed
